The Arcos Universal series cleaver knife is used for cutting through large and tough cuts of meat and bone. Specially designed for professionals very suitable for prolonged use. It has an ergonomic design that favors the handling of the utensil. Designed to meet the needs of professionals.
PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This cleaver knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN: Handle designed for daily use without losing design, where straight lines with large formal contrasts and color predominate. It's made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
DIMENSIONS: This cleaver knife measures 316 mm in length and weighs 545 grams. Size Blade: 180 mm | 7” Inch making it a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.
