The 100 mm Riviera Blanc series Paring knife is an ideal utensil for cleaning, cutting and chopping vegetables or fruits. It is an excellent companion when preparing food. It provides a firm and smooth cut that fits perfectly in your hand while chopping, slicing or cutting any type of vegetable or fruit.
PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This Paring knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The Riviera Blanc series knives are characterized by the rounded French-style ferrule and for its bolster, which provides safety as well as style.
SAFETY AND DESIGN: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher. Lastly, this Paring knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
DIMENSIONS: This Paring knife measures 202mm in length and weighs 130 grams. Size Blade: 100 mm | 4†Inch making it a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.
